Vertical Insulated Fire Resistance Roller Shutter

  • The curtain is composited of single-layer galvanized steel slats, with ceramic fiber fabric attached to the front and back of the slats. Guide rails are enclosed by brick piers for structural protection. Roller shutter box is covered with certified fire-resistant board, forming a complete thermal insulation structure.
  • Complying with the insulation requirements of the Hong Kong Buildings Department's "2011 Building Fire Safety Code (Revised Edition June 2023)."
  • Test in accordance with BS 476: Part 22: 1987 achieved 60 mins insulation and 260 mins integrity.
  • Maximum size options for vertical fire resistance roller shutters: 15m wide by 4.5m high; 12m wide by 6m high; 9m wide by 8m high.

  Horizontal Sliding Insulated Fire Resistance Shutter  

  • The curtain is composed of single-layer galvanized steel slats, with ceramic fiber fabric attached to the front and back of the slats. The top track is covered from the bottom to the ceiling with certified fire-resistant board. The roller shutter box is also covered with certified fire-resistant board, forming a complete thermal insulation structure.
  • Complying with the insulation requirements of the Hong Kong Buildings Department's "2011 Building Fire Safety Code (Revised Edition June 2023)."
  • Test in accordance with BS 476: Part 22: 1987 achieved 78 mins insulation and 253 mins integrity.
  • Maximum size for the horizontal fire resistance shutter is 45 m long by 5.5 m high.

  Transparent Shutter

  • The shutter panels are made of polycarbonate with UV protection. They have passed the BS EN 168:1995 test and provide superior insulation compared to glass, helping to maintain room temperature and avoid direct impact from high sunlight temperatures.  Each standard panel size is 300mm (L) x 90mm (H) x 3mm (Thickness). During combustion, they perform low smoke and non-toxic. The transparency is over 85%, offering a clear and transparent appearance, allowing continuous visibility of goods, and enhancing security.
  • Traditional vertical rolling, horizontal, or horizontal sliding operations are available to accommodate different environmental requirements.

Aluminum Slat Roller Shutter

  • The shutter panels are made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and have a surface finish of anodized or white powder coating (RAL9016) with a thickness of 1mm ±0.1mm. The flat slat surface provides an excellent space for advertising placement.

Wide Panel Transparent Shutter

  • The shutter panels are made of polycarbonate, providing UV protection. They have passed low smoke and non-toxic tests and obtained ABD0031 IssF certification. The panels are assembled by 6063-T5 aluminum alloy bars and have a surface finish of anodized or white powder coating (RAL9016) with a thickness of 1mm ±0.1mm. The bottom bar and guide rail can be made of either aluminum or stainless steel 304/316.

Aluminum Frame Transparent Shutter

  • Made of polycarbonate material inserted into an aluminum frame, providing UV protection. It has passed the BS EN 168:1995 test and offers superior insulation compared to glass, helping to maintain room temperature and avoid direct impact from high sunlight temperatures. The aluminum frame is extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and undergoes powder coating treatment, with the standard white color.
  • Traditional vertical rolling or horizontal rolling options are available to accommodate different environmental requirements.

Transparent Folding Door

  • The door panels are made of polycarbonate, providing UV protection. They have passed low smoke and non-toxic tests and obtained ABD0031 IssF certification. The panels are connected by 6063-T5 aluminum alloy bars and have a surface finish of anodized or white powder coating (RAL9016). The top track can be made of either galvanized iron or stainless steel 304.

The wind-resistance rod-type high-speed roller shutter is designed with fast partitioning function and is suitable for industrial facilities such as food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, automobiles, logistics, and machinery. The box frame is made of high-quality aluminum-zinc plated sheet material, offering an aesthetic and elegant look.
  • Transmission system:
  1. The control system adopts a servo device, and the limit system employs a multi-turn absolute value encoder for accurate absolute value limit technology. It is user-friendly, easy to operate, and has low maintenance costs, ensuring trouble-free operation for over 100,000 cycles or less than 300 cycles per day.

  High Speed Wind-resistance Roller Shutter

  • Roller Shutter Blade
  1. The standard thickness of the insulated door panel is 40mm, and the panel is filled with polyurethane foam. The surface can be treated with electroplating or fluorocarbon paint. The polycarbonate board provides a transparent window, and the double-layer structure design ensures the thermal insulation effect inside and outside the door body and maintains good permeability and lighting effects. The inside and outside are clearly visible.
  • Control System
  1. The spiral hard fast windproof rolling shutter adopts an exclusive control system with a DSP processing chip as its core. The system accurately controls the opening height of the rolling shutter by receiving servo coaxial motor encoder signals.
  • Wind Resistance
  1. Wind resistance reaches 3kPa, wind resistance is 32m/s (100km/h)
